New Product "Zinc Kettle"

เคลียร์เตาชุบ zinc/ HDG ออก เตาใหม่มาลง....งานใหญ่ก่อนจบปีนี้ครับ

ขอบคุณคุณลูกค้าที่ไว้วางใจ Ksb3machine ทั้งเครื่องจักร CNC, เคมีเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพงานชุบและเตาชุบ Zinc ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าตัวใหม่ของทาง KSB3

ในส่วนของเตาชุบดังกล่าวได้ผ่านการผลิตและควบคุมตั้งแต่วัสดุที่นำมาใช้, การเชื่อมเลเซอร์, ติดตั้ง upper/lower flange, heat shield ทั้งนี้รวมถึงขั้นตอนการทดสอบคุณภาพ รอยเชื่อม ทำให้มั่นใจว่าเตาชุบดังกล่าวจะมีอายุการใช้งานได้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5ปี ซึ่งมีความคุ้มค่าอย่างมากเมื่อเทียบกับของเดิมซึ่งราคาสูงขึ้นมากและการส่งมอบที่ล่าช้าจากปัญหาในฝั่งยุโรป

Thank you to the customer who trusts KSB3 in supplying not only the CNC machines for his steel fabrication but also the new ZINC KETTLE replacing his old Germany Zinc Kettle. It'll be starting the new zinc kettle and together applying with a chemical from Soprin/Italy 1) acid block/AntiVapor and 2) FilmFlux which can save zinc and increase its brightness.

KSB3 has been awarded to supply the zinc kettle from one of the leading zinc kettle manufacturers from Tianjin/China.

Zinc Kettle size: L9.2*W1.5*D2.2m3 with Top flange=300mm, Sub flange= 100mm (16mm)
